Luxury Condo, this unit
is at the very top floor to gaze at the moon and the stars,
and of course our gorgeous bay, and magnificent sunsets. For
our guest, we have added an electric BAR-B-Que grill on our
screened in balcony, if your preference would be to sit and
relax, and watch our beautiful sunsets, from your unit. Or you
may chose to Bar-B-Que by the Bay, at our great roof overhead
picnic area. Our sunsets can be seen from inside the unit, or
out by your private balcony. This unit is completely furnished
in each room. Our guest are most important to us. So we would
like to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.. Also,
we do have two heated pools, one for the little ones, and one
for the adults. Our sundeck is very popular, our restaurants
are fantastic, tennis, scuba diving, It's all here!!

This top floor unit,
also has a primo private boat slip, just for you. If you chose
to bring a boat, or rent one, the dock is for our guest. You
may also like to fish from our docks, which also has a cleaning
table for the fisherman, right at the docks, or by our outside
Bar-B-que area. This unit is extremely spotless. This unit can
easily accomadate a small group for our divers,Spiegel Grove
wreck,etc, Lobster Divers, all this very close to your back
door.
As our guest, you are always our top priority!! Very family
oriented!!At the end of day, enjoy our fabulous sunsets,and
enjoy our sauna. This condo is totally NEW! NEW! NEW! Gorgeous
kitchen, with indirect lighting, for evening. We also have tennis
equipment , if needed, pool floats, etc; pingpong sets; we try
our best to remember to make sure , our guests have full access
to all of the amenities possible. This top floor is decorated
very tastefully, in each room. So at the end of your day, you
may chose to sit at your private balcony, and "GAZE AT
THE MOON AND THE STARS, and the BEAUTIFUL BAY AND PANARAMIC
SUNSETS!!!!!. This truly is extra special!!!!!
